CJU 220 - Criminal LawCredit Hour(s): 3 [SBS] The focus of this course will be on the definitions and structure of criminal law, as well as defenses and excuses to criminal liability. Students at the conclusion of the course will be able to determine what conduct is “criminal” and understand the public policy considerations which underlie these definitions. 3 Credit(s).
