TCS 312 - Advanced Electrical

This is a practical course combining lecture and hands-on instruction. Topics include: load calculations for branch and feeder circuits, conductor selection and calculations, practical applications of lighting, hazardous locations, overcurrent protection, distribution equipment, transformers, commercial electrical services, motor calculations, and voice, data, and video motor controls. Students will have the opportunity to earn an NCCER certificate in this course. 4 Credit(s).
