REC 372 - Eco-AdventureCredit Hour(s): 3 This course is a hands-on ecotourism experience that provides a powerful case study of the relationship between ecotourism and its role in community development (i.e. Costa Rica). Specifically, students will participate in a variety of adventure and cultural activities that illustrate how tourism can promote local economic development, environmental conservation, and education. Students will be required to participate in meetings during the spring semester. 3 Credit(s).
