TCS 112 - Foundations of Electrical

This is a practical course combining lecture and hands-on instruction. Topics include: orientation to the electrical trade, electrical safety, electrical circuits, electrical theory, National Electric Code (NEC), device boxes, hand bending, raceways and fittings, conductors and cables, basic electrical construction drawings, residential electrical services, and electrical test equipment. Students will have the opportunity to earn an NCCER certificate in this course. 4 Credit(s).
